The Guest Perspective

“What’s that over there?”

Your guests are on deck. The landscape unfolds in front of them: vast, striking, and often extraordinary. Yet much of what they see passes without context.

Between major stops, most of the voyage is left unguided. Guests ask questions, search for answers, and try to understand the places they are passing, often on their own and often from very different interests.

The Host Atlas helps you meet that curiosity in the moment, with curated stories guests can follow at their own pace, in their own language, and through the themes that interest them most.

When context is missing, even a remarkable landscape can feel distant.

A Leadership Opportunity

The Landscape Between Stops
Can Become a Signature Experience

Curated narratives bring the journey to life between scheduled highlights. The Host Atlas reveals the hidden layers of the landscape and turns passing moments into meaningful guest experiences, shaped by your brand. Guests can explore chosen themes in map view or live view, and read or listen as the route unfolds. One guest may follow history, another nature, another local culture. The result is a journey that feels more hosted, more personal, and more complete.

System Architecture

How The Host Atlas Works.Delivered as the Journey Unfolds.

The Host Atlas changes that. It turns curiosity into context and makes the journey itself part of the hosted experience.

03

A Distinctive Brand Extension

  • The experience carries your visual identity and narrative style.

  • Brand presence becomes continuous, not confined to cabin or dock.

  • Engagement patterns inform how your brand evolves.

From the Studio

Built by People Who Watch the Landscape Go By

The Host Atlas began with a simple observation: on the world’s most beautiful routes, the journey itself is the least hosted part of the experience.

We are ThreeSixtyOne, a small studio working at the intersection of storytelling, design, and travel. We build The Host Atlas hands-on with each operator: researching the routes, writing every narrative in the operator’s voice, and mapping each story to the exact stretch of landscape where it belongs.

We are now taking on our first operator projects for the coming seasons, working directly with a small number of route operators who want their quiet passages to say something.

Common Questions

Before You Ask

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests open The Host Atlas by scanning a QR code on board and the experience runs directly in their browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Who researches and writes the content?

We do. Our studio researches, writes, curates, and geo-locates every narrative across the themes you choose, all written in your brand voice. You review and approve the full experience before it goes live.

How long does it take to launch?

A defined project runs about six weeks from sign-off to a live guest experience: route architecture, content creation, your approval, and launch from your operator dashboard.

What insight do we receive?

You see what guests explore, what they skip, and which themes hold attention along the route. Engagement insight is delivered to you at the conclusion of the voyage, so you can refine content and shape future departures.

What does a project cost?

Each project is scoped to one route and one voyage, fully supported from start to finish. Pricing depends on route length and the themes you select — reach out and we will walk you through a proposal for your route.

A Leadership Opportunity

One Route. One Voyage. Fully Delivered.

The Host Atlas is now available as a defined project: one route, one voyage, fully supported from start to finish.

Today, many guests spend the quiet passages trying to understand the journey on their own. They search, ask, compare, and research while the landscape is already passing. The Host Atlas gives operators a more elegant way to meet that curiosity, with curated context delivered as part of the hosted experience.

Built for river cruises, coastal voyages, expedition cruises, and other scenic journeys, The Host Atlas serves intimate operators who want curious guests to learn as they travel. It is designed for high-end experiences where context matters, without the burden of building a large internal content or technical team.
